Who we are
StockBook is an inventory app for marketplace sellers. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. Contact: dipsgos7@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your Google account email and name, when you sign in with Google, to identify your account.
- The business data you enter — your business details, products, vendors, purchases, sales, payments and the activity log of those actions.
- A device push token, if you allow notifications, so we can alert the business owner about staff activity.
How we use it
Only to run the app for you: to show your stock and books, keep your business separate from every other business, and send the notifications you opt into. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising.
How it's stored
Your data is stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Each business's data is isolated from every other business. Sign-in is handled by Google — we never see or store your password.
Sharing
People you invite to your business can see that business's data, according to their role. We use service providers (Supabase for the database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Expo/Google for push delivery) purely to operate the app. We may disclose data if required by law.
Your choices & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app: Account → Delete account. If you own a business, this permanently deletes the business and all its data; if you're staff, your personal data is removed. You can also request a copy of your data, or deletion, by emailing dipsgos7@gmail.com — we'll action requests within 30 days. You can turn off notifications from your device settings at any time.
Children
StockBook is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
